All models are equipped with the following features: Electric start, push-button reverse, heated handlebar grips, and exclusive Wisconsin trail stickers. *Heated helmet plug-ins are available upon request only, by contacting The Toy Shop at least 72 hours before your rental to make this request.* Indy 550 LXT (2UP) have a combined weight limit of approximately 445 lbs (201.8 kg).

Things to Know:

• Maximum helmet size for this year is 2XL (head circumference of 25 3/16″, 64cm, or hat size 8; refer to the chart below for precise measurements).
• Balaclavas are mandatory under all rental helmets; customers may bring their own or purchase one on the rental day.
• NEW THIS YEAR: All renters receive a 15% discount on any gear they purchase at check in. (Balaclavas not included). 
• Renters must be at least 21 years old to qualify for rentals.
• All rental units must be returned by 9 a.m. on the final rental day; a late fee of $25.00 will apply for every 15 minutes overdue.
• NEW THIS YEAR: Each renter is required to present a valid driver’s license and a credit card in their name at the time of pickup. If Damage Coverage is selected, a $500 deposit will be held on the credit card at check-in. If  Damage Coverage is not selected, or only a debit card is available, a $1000 damage deposit will be held. If a renter only has a debit card, they will be required to purchase our Damage Coverage in addition to the $1000 deposit. These deposits will be automatically released 72 hours after return of the machine.
• Rental rates do not include gas and oil; units must be returned with a full tank, or a $35 service fee plus fuel cost per gallon will be charged.
• Each rental includes one tank of oil; any additional oil will be the renter’s responsibility. Do not run out of oil. We run Polaris Blue in all of our machines, since factory. It is available in quarts and gallons in the front office, for purchase during normal business hours.
• Multi-day renters must inspect carbides; The Toy Shop staff will assist during open hours if you bring your machine back to the shop.
• Open trailers are prohibited; only enclosed trailers or those with salt shields are allowed, pending approval from The Toy Shop at least 72 hours before pickup. A $120 cleaning fee will be charged if a sled is trailered without proper covering.
• The Toy Shop reserves the right to substitute rentals as necessary.

What To Bring:

• Valid driver’s license
• Credit card for security hold: $500 hold for credit cards, or $1000 hold for debit cards. Holds will release automatically 72 hours after the machine has been returned.
• State safety completion certificate if required
• There is no storage on the sleds. We suggest bringing a backpack with if you need to carry anything with you.

Damage Coverage Deductibles:

The optional Damage Coverage operates on a progressive deductible schedule based on the extent of damages incurred:
-Any damages totaling under $1000 will be charged to the card on file, utilizing the security deposit first.
-$1000 deductible out-of-pocket for damages up to $2500,
-$1500 deductible out-of-pocket for damages between $2500.01 and $4500,
-$2000 deductible out-of-pocket for damages exceeding $4500.

Damage Coverage covers damage to the rental machine only (parts and labor). This does not cover any of the following: Theft, submerged machines, liability, medical, death, down time, personal loss coverage, towing, as well as other non-damage related items.

**Reminder: Our Damage Coverage IS NOT insurance, it covers damage to the machine only (parts and labor)! See reservation and waiver for further information.** You do not receive your money back if you don’t use it.

State of Wisconsin Law:

Anyone born on or after January 1, 1985, must take and pass the Snowmobile Safety Course. The completion certificate must be carried by the operator at all times!

Cancellations:

• If booking online, you will be charged the entire amount of your reservation + a convenience fee up front. In the event of cancellation, $50 per sled is non-refundable along with the reservation convenience fees. The remaining balance will be refunded to the card you used to book with.
• A $50 non-refundable deposit per sled is also necessary for direct bookings through The Toy Shop staff, but the remaining balance is not charged until check-in.
• All deposits are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of cancellation timing.
• Reservations during holiday periods (December 22 – January 5 or February 13 – 17) must be paid in full and are NON-CANCELLABLE. No exceptions will be made for holiday reservations.
• Cancellations must be communicated directly with a Toy Shop staff member.
• Cancellations via email, voicemail, or text will not be accepted.
• Cancellations must occur at least 72 hours before the rental date to avoid forfeiting the entire rental cost.
• Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe will result in the loss of the full rental amount.

It is essential to adhere to these policies to ensure a smooth reservation process for everybody. No exceptions will be made.

**The Toy Shop reserves the right to cancel and refund any reservation, at any time, due to incremental weather, trail conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In the event this happens, customers will be notified as soon as possible, and entirely refunded at the Toy Shop’s discretion.**
