About

This 847cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled, four valve engine will blow you away on the trail! The Wolverine seats 4 people comfortably, and features a full locking differential to get you out of the muddiest of situations. (Just be sure to clean it before returning it!)

Things to Know

  • These machines are located off-site at our “on-trail” warehouse, which serves as a convenient park-and-ride facility.

  • However, you must first check in at our main location, The Toy Shop of Eagle River, situated at 5045 State Highway 70.

  • After completing the check-in process, you will need to drive 1.7 miles to our warehouse at 1133 Loon Lake Rd for a machine orientation. Parking is available at that location for your convenience. Please refer to your confirmation email for the address, and do not hesitate to contact us with any inquiries.

  • If you intend to trailer your machine to a different location, please reach out to us directly before making your reservation, as this option is subject to availability.

  • The minimum age requirement to rent or operate an ATV/UTV from The Toy Shop is 25 years.

  • Fuel is not included in the price; machines are provided with a full tank and must be returned full to prevent extra charges. Failure to refuel will result in a service fee and the current local market rate for premium non-ethanol fuel per gallon being charged to the credit card on file.

  • It is your responsibility to clean the machines prior to their return; they are provided in a clean condition and must be returned in the same state to avoid additional fees.

  • Each renter is required to present a valid driver’s license and a credit card in their name at the time of pickup. A $500 deposit will be held on the credit card at check-in. If only a debit card is available, a $1000 damage deposit will be held. These deposits will be automatically released 72 hours after return of the machine.

Cancellations

  • If booking online, you will be charged the entire amount of your reservation + a convenience fee up front. In the event of cancellation, $50 per item is non-refundable along with the reservation convenience fees. The remaining balance will be refunded to the card you used to book with.

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit per item is also necessary for direct bookings through The Toy Shop staff, but the remaining balance is not charged until check-in.

  • All deposits are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of cancellation timing.

  • Reservations during holiday periods (May 23-27, July 1-5, & August 28-Sept 2) must be paid in full and are NON-CANCELLABLE. No exceptions will be made for holiday reservations.

  • Cancellations must be communicated directly with a Toy Shop staff member.

  • Cancellations via email, voicemail, or text will not be accepted.

  • Cancellations must occur at least 72 hours before the rental date to avoid forfeiting the entire rental cost.

  • Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe will result in the loss of the full rental amount.

Note

State of Wisconsin ATV/UTV Regulations:

ATV and UTV operators born on or after January 1, 1988 must complete an ATV/UTV safety certification course in order to operate on public ATV/UTV trails and areas in Wisconsin.

DNR Recreational Safety Specialist recommended all ATV and UTV operators complete a safety course.

If renter is born on or after the above date, they need to have a copy of their completed (and passed) ATV/UTV course safety certificate to rent a machine. A valid course can be found here: https://www.atvcourse.com/usa/wisconsin/
