Terms & Conditions

Rentals:  $50.00 per day per unit deposit is required. 

Cancellation Policy for Rentals:  Over 14 days - Refund of deposit less $10.00 per unit administration fee.  Under 14 days - Refund of deposit if unit is rented less $10.00 per unit administration fee. Under 24 hours - 1 day rental fee applies.

Sales Tax: 5.5% Wisconsin state and county sales tax applies on all rentals, services and products purchased.
